These tax planning opportunities include:
Remuneration choices for directors and shareholders of small businesses
Investment allowances on capital expenditure
Maximising ‘trivial benefits’ exemptions
Asset gifting to spouses and civil partners
Particularly, if your annual income is approaching £100,000, some of the above will prove advantageous to your tax position.
